If, in any case there is a problem or complaints feel free to contact us by phone or email. Our workforce will be more than happy to assist you and provide a well-mannered response and a quick resolution to all matters.
Upon delivery on any items purchase, you find that items do not meet your necessities or match your expectations we will be happy to exchange them, bearing in mind that they are in an unused condition and with the original packaging on them. In this situation, return postage will be at your cost.
If we are at fault in delivering your goods, for example we dispatch the wrong item or it is defective, we will resolve the problem as fast as possible and refund any postage costs you may have incurred.
We will only cover for the goods that have been damaged in transit but damages made by yourself or any other party we won’t be held responsible. Before you sign, please make sure all your goods are in good condition at the time of delivery otherwise there is no way we know how it’s been damaged. If you find damaged goods after you signed we are not liable and cannot offer a refund.
